Ingredients:

1 banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
120 ml milk/ plant milk (1/2 cup)
30 g protein powder(2 tbsp)
60 g oat flour(2/3 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
add some blueberries
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
