My dad’s French breakfast: ready in 5 minutes!

It’s one of my favorite breakfasts! In our family, we could eat both salty and sweet for breakfast. This quick cheese omelette was the perfect way to start the day! Camembert is so delicious on eggs! It can also be used for a quick dinner or for a student recipe. An economical recipe. Done in 5 mins. I also offer you a second version with vegetables (carrots and wild mushrooms). Good tasting !


Ingredients :
3 eggs
A little milk (not mandatory but brings a perfect texture)
6 slices of camembert cheese
1 spring onion
Second recipe: vegetable variant
prepare the same base as the first recipe
1 carrot
1 handful of wild mushrooms
1 drizzle of quality honey
