🌟Ingredients List for your convenience:
Cilantro Mint Sauce:

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 heaping tbsp yogurt
  • 2 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes (substitute with hot peppers of your choice)

  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Moroccan Beef Kebab Marinade:

  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. ginger paste
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 red onion, minced or chopped finely
  • smoked paprika, 1 tsp.
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • cayenne pepper, 1 tsp., or to taste
  • 1 egg for binding
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • oil for frying, or spray oil if cooking in the oven
