2 eggs(room temperature)

■Custard cream
3 egg yolks
40g cane sugar
17g cake flour
250g milk
1/4 vanilla beans
50g whipped heavy cream

■Mont blanc cream
200ml heavy cream
15g cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
