Mongolian Beef

Season the Beef:

1 pound flank steak

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Coat the beef after marinating:
2 1/2 tbsps cornstarch

Make the Sauce:

1 1/2 tbsp Canola oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1/2 tbsp minced fresh ginger

Sriracha or red chilies to taste

2 tbsps brown sugar

1 tbsp honey

2 1/2 tbsps soy sauce

1/4 – 1/2 cup water

Slurry:
Equal parts water and cornstarch. Use as needed

Garnish:
Scallion slices and Red chili flakes
