Moist and Fluffy Banana Cake Recipe

So fluffy, flavorful and moist Banana Cake! These banana cake have tender and soft texture! Quick and easy to make, with simple ingredients.

Yields: 1 cake (d=18 cm)

  • 300 g (1 cup) ripe bananas, mashed
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (2 g) salt
  • 65 g (1/4 cup) melted butter
  • 2 medium eggs (100 g)
  • 95 g (1/3 cup) milk
  • 230 g (1+3/4 cups) all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp (9 g) baking powder
  • 100 g (~3/4 cup) chopped walnuts

🔥Turn on the oven for 175 C (350 F). MODE: Upper and Lower heat
Prepare a cake pan (18-20 cm), line the bottom with parchment paper, oil the sides.
✅ Mash bananas with sugar using a fork.
✅ Add eggs, salt and beat the mixture to combine.
✅ Pour melted butter (lightly cooled) and milk. Mix to combine.
✅ Add sifted flour, baking powder. Mix just to combine. Do not over-mix!
✅ Fold chopped walnuts into the batter.
✅ Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
🔥 Bake 55 minutes – 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cake comes out clean.
✅ Allow to cool 5 minutes in the pan. Then remove from the pan and let cool completely.
