Mayonnaise without eggs! Super creamy and fluffy! ♥ Quick recipe / Vegan mayonnaise sauce

I never buy mayonnaise (it always contains sugar and it is never as delicious as homemade mayonnaise. And I prefer to make vegan mayonnaise, egg-free mayonnaise, which digests much better, than a mayonnaise with eggs. It’s so easy to cook! A creamy, unctuous and firm mayonnaise! Its taste is that of mayonnaise (you will be surprised). This mayonnaise can be kept for up to 7 days in the fridge. And as I do the fast, I’m not allowed eggs, so it’s perfect!You can also replace sunflower oil with rapeseed oil.Good tasting!

Ingredients :
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
150ml aquafaba (chickpea or white bean water) – 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
1 teaspoon of mustard
440 ml sunflower oil (1 cup + ¾ cup)
