March vitamin salad: Very tasty! I cook it once a week for health


This salad is full of good vitamins for the body! No hassle, it is made quickly and keeps for several days in the fridge. Based on vegetables and fruits, it will delight your plate. Ingredients :
200g white cabbage (1/4 white cabbage)
1 carrot
3 small cooked beets
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 organic apple
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dates and raisins
A few fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon of raw honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons quality olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small handful of pumpkin seeds
A few chopped walnuts
