Ingredients:

2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
30 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc) 2 1/2 tbsp
1 tsp vanilla extract
40 ml kefir/buttermilk/yogurt(1/4 cup)
40 ml vegetable oil(3 tbsp)
1 small/medium apple
60 g frozen/fresh blueberries(2.1 oz)
70 g rolled oats(2.8 oz)
50 g almond flour(1/2 cup)
1 tsp baking powder(6 g)
almond flakes(optional)
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
