2 eggs
8 tbsp sugar
11 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
11 tbsp milk
11 tbsp flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Apple jam
Powdered sugar


1. Mix eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
2. Bring in the milk and continue to whisk.
3. Incorporate the flour and baking powder into the batter until smooth.
4. Add 3/4 of batter into a buttered and floured pan. Bake 12 minutes at 180C.
5. Remove the pan from the oven and spread the apple jam evenly over the baked batter.
6. Add the remaining batter over the apples and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown at 180C.
7. When baked sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.
8. Enjoy!
