BEEF FILLING

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 150g extra lean ground beef

  • 1 slice bread
  • 30g fat reduced gouda

  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 150g chicken breast
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50g egg white
  • 50g buttermilk 1%
  • 5g gelatine
  • 1 slice bread
  • 30g fat reduced gouda
  • salt, pepper, spices
