Light string cheese
Whole wheat bread crumbs
Oat flour or ground oats
One small egg (beaten)
Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until nice and golden brown.
You can use an air fryer too with same time and temperature.
Just spray some oil and you’re good to go. I tried both ways and they turned out great.
Make sure to pick light string cheese with 40-45 calories per stick!
Note: You’re not going to need all of the flour or breadcrumbs mentioned in the video!
