250gms Caster sugar
40gms Egg yolk
200gms Whole eggs
100gms Almond Flour
15gms Baking powder
100gms lemon juice
5gms Lemon zest
5gms Vanilla extract
Whisk butter and sugar together until creamy.
Butter should be at room temperature.
Add egg yolks one by one.
Then whole eggs little by little.
Sift flour and baking powder together and then add almond flour.
Add flour mix in egg mixture, then lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture in baking pan.
Bake it for 40mins at 180°C.
