½ cup + 2 tablespoons (70g) coconut flour
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
4 ounces (115g) softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons (25g) powdered erythritol
1 large egg yolk
1 ½ tablespoons (11g) coconut flour
Bake at 340°F (171°C) for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted.
