3 ripe bananas (260 g without peel)
130 g oat flour
50 g almond flour
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 g baking powder
3 g baking soda
70 g dried apricots
40 g walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 ml plant milk
chocolate chips (optional)
20 x 8 cm baking pan
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C / 360°F
