This bread is very attached to my heart. I’ve never seen my grandma from my father he lost her when he was just 5 years old, his grandparents rise him, but I had a very lovely grandmother from my mother. my grandma gone through a lot a she was very good as a chef. she knew a lot of method to create breads. she was very intelligent and creative. this breads were her all time favorite. she used to touch me how to make these without tandoor. the bread is actual amazing with anything. stew soup jam butter honey. ingredients dough;
milk 110 ml
water 100 ml
egg large 1
salt 1 and 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 and 1/2 tsp
all purpose flour 400 g
yeast 1 and 1/2 tsp
butter 45g
1 egg yolk mix with 1 tbsp of milk
sesame seeds black and white

Baking time 25 to 30g 190 Degree
I do it every day since I learned this method ! the tastiest easiest bread I’ve ever eaten
