INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Rice
Soaked For 2-3 Hours
Wash Well
Pour In Blender
¼ Cup Water
Blend Smooth
2 Tbsp Capsicum
2 Tbsp Carrot
2 Tbsp Cabbage
2 Tbsp Onion
2 Tbsp Tomato
1 Tspn Ginger
2 Green Chilli
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ Tspn Salt
½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
Mix Well
1 Potato
¼ Cup Water
Mix Well
Grease Oil in a Pan
Pour Batter
Cook For 5 Min. In Low Heat
Brush Oil
Flip
Cook For 2-3 Min.
