I make this 500 Calorie Meal once a week! Simple and Delicious

I’m currently eating udon almost every day. They are so so good, sometimes I also swap them out for shirataki. It’s just such a nice way to make a quick 500 calorie meal imo. Hope you enjoy this one

  • 200g UDON
  • 150g Chicken breast skinless
  • 1 red onion (50g)
  • 13g PB2
  • 20g soy sauce
  • 10g mirin
  • 10g rice vinegar
  • 50g water
  • salt, pepper, chili flakes
