I Made The Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich Healthier | MAKING IT HEALTHY

Chick-fil-A’s famous chicken sandwich deserves all the long lines at the drive thru. But I’m gonna try to make it healthier at home! Recipe below if you want to too!

Healthier AIR-FRIED Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich Recipe:

1-2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup pickle brine
1 teaspoon salt
dill, optional
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup panko
1 egg, mixed well

For the sandwich
burger bun

In a bowl, mix the milk, pickle brine, salt, and dill together. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
When you’re ready to cook it, dip it in a bowl with flour mixed with salt, then the egg mixture, and then panko. Each of these should be in a separate bowl. Spray the chicken with some oil and air fry at 365 for 10-12 minutes, depending how big your chicken is.


When ready to assemble, slather bun with the chick fil a sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Dip in more sauce and enjoy!


Healthier Chick Fil a Sauce
1/4 cup greek yogurt
2 tablespoons bbq sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt to taste

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour to mix well. Store any excess in the fridge for 3-5 days.
