I made Protein Bars out of Chickpeas (and they taste AMAZING!)

Chickpeas are so versatile. They are amazing in savory and sweet recipes and are a decent protein source. Enjoy 🙂

Macros entire recipe: 1270 Calories, 147C, 26F, 95P
Ingredients:

  • 1 can (265g) Chickpeas
  • Advertisement
  • 150g skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp (4g) coconut oil
  • 50g AP flour
  • 50g Casein Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey works aswell)
  • 48g PB2 (or Peanut Butter)
  • 1 Banana
    OPTIONAL:
  • 30g Chocolate Chips
  • 30g Stevia
