Peanut Butter Fudge

Today I’m going to show you how to make peanut butter fudge without sugar.

This healthy peanut butter fudge is much lower in calories than traditional recipes.

It’s one of the easiest healthy desserts anyone can make.

1/3 cup melted coconut oil (80ml)

Preparation:
In a bowl, add room temperature peanut butter, melted coconut oil, sweet date paste and salt, beat with the mixer for 1 minute.

Add the oat flour, and mix until combined.

Transfer the fudge mixture into a lined baking tray and smooth evenly.

Let it chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, or put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Using an overhang parchment paper transfer the fudge onto a cutting board and cut into 20 small squares.
