How To Make The Perfect Basque Cheesecake

This basque cheese cake is creamy, rich and crustless. It tastes amazing in room temperature, but when it is a bit chilled the taste and texture bring it to another whole level. Is going to be one of my top favourite cheesecake from now on.

750g Cream Cheese
160g Sugar
4 Eggs (total weight without egg shells 200g)
400g Whipping Cream
25g Cornstarch
25g All Purpose Flour
20g Lemon Juice
Pan size: 20cm
