These mashed potatoes are perfectly creamy and couldn’t be easier to whip up for your staple holiday side (or when you’re simply caving some weeknight comfort food). You can even make them ahead of time using your Insta Pot or slow-cooker and refrigerate to save kitchen space (and sanity) when prepping your holiday sides.
Our top tips? Include a mix of potatoes, go heavy on seasoning, use ALL the butter and go full fat for everything! Holidays or not, treat yourself!
