How to make the BEST Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies


Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Raisins Cookies are easy grain and refined sugar free cookies packed with peanut butter, chewy oats and raisins! (Dairy free, Vegan & Gluten free Option)
You can try this recipe with other nut or seed butters as well, just make sure they’re natural!

  • 1 cup (240 g) natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (170 g) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (80 g) quick oats or rolled oats (for a chewier texture)
  • 1/3 cup raisins or nuts or chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, baking soda and vanilla in a medium bowl and beat on medium speed with a hand mixer until combined.

  • Stir in the quick oats and dark chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the cookie batter (about a heaping tablespoon of batter) and place on the prepared baking sheet about an inch and a half apart.
  • Bake for 10 – 13 minutes or until lightly golden brown, then remove from heat and place on a wire rack to cool.
