How to Make PUMPKIN HUMMUS || ROASTED Pumpkin Hummus. Easy Recipe by Always Yummy!

✅ Ingredients:
• pumpkin – 1,1 lb / 500 g
• olive oil – 3 tbsp
• ground caraway – 1 tsp
• garlic – 1 clove
• canned or cooked chickpea – 1 lb / 450 g
• tahini – 3 tbsp
• brown sugar – 1 tbsp
• lemon juice – 5 tbsp
• salt – 2 tsp
• roasted pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp
• sweet paprika – 1 tsp
✔︎ You will need:
• carving board
• bowl
• baking sheet
• parchment paper
• oven
• blender

📙 Preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces, lay into a bowl, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and ground caraway and combine.
2. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper and lay out the prepared pumpkin. Preheat oven to 390°F / 200°C and bake the pumpkin for 25 minutes until readiness.
3. Place the baked pumpkin into a blender bowl, add the minced garlic, cooked or canned chickpea, tahini, salt, sugar, lemon juice and 2 tbsp of olive oil and crush until smooth.
4. Sprinkle the pumpkin hummus with the roasted pumpkin seeds, sweet paprika and drizzle with some olive oil. Serve the hummus with chips, pita or wheat tortilla.
