Make the famous red and green cabbage coleslaw – a creamy, crunchy, refreshing and mouthwatering salad. Serve your coleslaw as a garnish or a filling for burgers. Enjoy!

✅ Ingredients
• green cabbage – 10,5 oz / 300 g
• carrot – 3,5 oz / 100 g
• red cabbage – 7 oz / 200 g
• celery leaves – 1,5 oz / 40 g
• fresh parsley – 1 oz / 30 g
• mayonnaise – 4 oz / 120 g
• apple cider vinegar – 2 tbsp
• dijon mustard – 1,5 tbsp
• sugar -1,5 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
• salt – ½ tsp

– bowl
– carving board
– mandoline slicer

📙 Preparation
1. Slice the cabbage into thin shreds using a knife or a mandoline. Grate the carrots, chop up the celery leaves and parsley.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, ground black pepper, salt and sugar in a bowl until blended.
3. Place the veggies in a large bowl and toss.
4. Add the sauce and mix well.
5. Leave your coleslaw for 10 minutes and then serve.
