Confetti Crumbs are the perfect addition to birthday cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. These are super quick to make and taste like a slightly crisp, birthd ay cake streusel.



5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (71g)
⅔ cup granulated sugar (130g)
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar, firmly packed (25g)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ⅓ cups cake flour (150g)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon table salt
3 Tablespoons sprinkles (I like to use a mix of nonpareils and jimmies but one or the other would work fine)
