Sugar 100g
Water 50g
Baking Soda 5g
Instant Coffee 8g
Hot water 30ml
Milk 300ml
▼ Step Instructions
- Sugar and water are added into the deep pot together
- Heat to about 150 degrees, do not stir during the process
- Turn off the heat, add soda powder immediately 
- Let stand for at least half an hour to allow the syrup to cool and completely solidify
- Pour the fresh milk and instant coffee into the cup, and finally add caramel to enjoy
