HOMEMADE Oven Baked CHICKEN KEBAB | Tender & Juicy Chicken Kebabs #76 Recipe by Always Yummy!

Now you can cook chicken kebab at home. It is not long and effortful any more. Tender and juicy chicken and bell pepper lumps roasted on skewers in the oven – a perfect dish for family or holiday meal.

• chicken breast fillet – 1,7 lb / 750 g
• 2 red bell peppers
• soy sauce – ⅔ cup / 150 ml
• lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• garlic – 6 cloves
• ginger – 2 tbsp
• fresh chili pepper – to taste
• sugar – 1 tbsp
• olive oil – 1 tbsp


You will need:
• oven
• baking tray and oven grilling/cooling rack
• deep bowl
• carving board
• wooden skewers

1. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, chopped garlic and ginger, sugar, chili pepper to taste into a deep bowl and stir.
2. Cut the chicken breast and bell pepper into average pieces.
3. Add the chicken into the marinade, stir and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers interchanging with the red bell pepper lumps.
5. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C and bake for 15-17 minutes until readiness.
6. Take out the roasted kebabs from the oven and brush with olive oil.
7. Serve your chicken kebab as a main dish or hot appetizer.
