Homemade Easy & Perfectly Moist BANANA BREAD. Recipe by Always Yummy!

Ingredients:
• 3 bananas
• butter – 2,5 oz / 75 g
• 1 egg
• all-purpose flour – 7 oz / 210 g
• walnut – 3,5 oz / 100 g
• sugar – 3,5 oz / 100 g
• vanilla powder – ¼ tsp
• baking soda – ½ tsp
• salt – ⅓ tsp

You will need:
– bowl
– oven
– 10x5x2-in loaf pan
– wire rack

Preparation:
1. Chop the walnuts, peel the bananas, melt the butter.
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3. Add the melted butter, sugar, one egg, salt, flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, walnuts to the bowl and stir.
4. Then add sifted flour and stir with a fork until well blended.
5. Wipe down a loaf pan with butter.
6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smooth it with a knife and cut the top lengthwise.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
8. Check readiness with a wooden stick by inserting it near the center of the loaf. If the stick comes out clean, the bread is done.
9. Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
10. Then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
11. Serve banana bread as a dessert with tea and coffee or for breakfast with butter.
