Chicken thigh skinless boneless 200g
Coconut milk 150g or coconut creme 30g + 100g water
Plain yogurt 100g
Onion 100g
Clove garlic 2
Piece ginger 1
1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp chili, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 20 cranks black pepper
50g raw rice or 250g frozen veggies
