✨Ingredients✨

For the oat layer:
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
1+1/2 cup (190g) oat flour – rolled oats blended into a flour in the food processor.
1/2 cup (80 g) brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (115 g) melted butter

For the filling:
1 pound (450g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
2 tbsp (16g) cornstarch

👩‍🍳Instructions:
🔥Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C). MODE: Upper and Lower heat. Prepare a cake pan (8“-9“) line with parchment paper.
✅ For the filling, mix everything until smooth. Set aside.
✅ In a bowl mix oat flour, oats, baking soda, sugar and salt. Add butter and stir until combined and crumbly.
✅Transfer 2/3 of the crumbs to the cake pan, form the bottom.
✅Pour the filling. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
🔥 Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
✅Cool completely and then refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
