2 medium eggs/ or vegan substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup(60 ml) milk/ plant milk
3 tablespoons peanut butter(natural)
~ 1/2 cup(60 g) oat flour
~ 1/2 cup(55 g) rice flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 g(1.76 oz) dark chocolate(use chocolate without added sugar if you can)
chopped nuts for decoration
