1 tsp Sriracha/Chili garlic
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce

250g Tuna Loin

1 bunch Scallions
½ head Cabbage
4 tbsp Japanese sesame dressing
1 Sliced avocados

Birria Taco (4:36)
4 Guajilio/poblano/passila dried peppers
2 red Onions
6 pcs Garlic
300g canned whole tomatoes Tomatoes
2 tsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

400g Brisket beef
2 cups Beef stock
1 cup Cheddar cheese
½ head Lettuce

Chicken Bulgogi Taco (8:07)
300g Chicken thighs

1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Grated garlic

Fried rice
¾ cup Kimchi
1 cup Rice
½ cup Cheddar cheese

Scallion Salad
1 bunch Scallions
½ tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Gochujaru
