3 ripe bananas(270 g without peel/ 9.5 oz)
60 g peanut butter(1/4 cup)
2 tbsp carob powder/ cocoa/ protein powder
30 g rolled oats/ 1/3 cup
bake 15 minutes at 180°C /360°F
