-2 tsps vanilla
-3 cups flour
– 1/4 cup Cornstarch
-About 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

2 – 3 cups strawberries chopped
1/4 – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup strawberry jam(not used this time but definitely recommended)
1/2 – 3/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
red coloring as desired
