Fried triangles: sweet and very soft brioches!

60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
7g of dry yeast
Vanilla essence
1 egg
360g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
30g (2 tbsp) of butter
Oil for frying

1. In a bowl add the milk, sugar, yeast, vanilla essence, and egg and mix. Add the flour and salt and mix all well. When the dough starts to form start kneading with your hands.
2. Finally add the butter and knead to obtain the smooth and non-sticky dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rise for 2 hours, or until doubles in volume.
3. After time has elapsed punch out the gas from the dough and split it in half. Roll out each half and cut the dough with the pizza cutter to obtain 9 triangles.
4. Transfer the triangles to the baking tray covered with parchment paper, cover them with a cloth and let them rise for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes fry the triangles in a pan with the hot oil until they are golden brown and nice and fluffy.
6. Cover each triangle with the sugar and serve.
