In summer I eat a lot of salads in the evening. And I found the solution to make the step of making the salad dressing: simple and fast. This balsamic ball will replace the vinaigrette. It will be enough to add a little cream, or yogurt to make it creamy. Thanks to the honey, it keeps for a very long time in the fridge! No more bothering to make a dressing every time you eat salad. Good tasting !
400 ml balsamic vinegar (1 cups + ½ cup + 3 tbsp)
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of raw honey (if possible) ♥
6 tablespoons of gelatin of your choice (if you use agar agar you will need 6-7 g of agar agar)
