Tammara chose the Mexicana food truck, leaving Eric with the Italiano truck. At first Tammara, Marida, Mike and Julie formed the Blue team, while Eric, Pino, Danielle, and Kaila formed the Red team, but the judges gave Tammara the advantage of trading a member.
