Amazing baked oats recipe in 1 minute! Low calorie dessert for breakfast!. A very easy and healthy(if you don’t add the candy) oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result! A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!
Need I say more? These oats taste just like the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, but in breakfast form. Gluten free, vegan, and absolutely delicious!

Whoever said you can’t have candy for breakfast clearly hasn’t saw this amazing recipe. Try this delicious Ferrero Rocher Baked Oats Recipe – YUM!


1 banana (100 g) /3.5 oz
20 ml maple syrup / 1.3 tbsp
1 tbsp peanut butter (all-natural)
180 ml coconut milk / 3/4 cup
15 g carob powder / 2 tbsp
100 g oat flour / 1 cup+1 tbsp
4 g baking powder / 3/4 tsp

bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C /360°F

For topping:
65 g coconut yogurt / 4 tbsp
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
chopped almonds

Ferrero Rocher are those little gourmet gold balls that you typically see around the holidays, although they are sold year round. It consists of a whole roasted hazelnut encased in a thin wafer shell filled with hazelnut chocolate and covered in milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. It is a hazelnut lovers dream, and is the candy version of Nutella.
