Eggplant Parmigiana – Easy Eggplant Recipe

Eggplant parmesan is a simple eggplant recipe made by baking sliced eggplants that are dredged in a marinara sauce and topped with parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. It can be made into layers. The result is amazingly delicious and filled with yummy flavors.

Ingredients:
– 3 large eggplants
– 1 cup of breadcrumb
– 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
– 1 and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
– 2 tsp of oregano
– 1 tsp of sugar
– 1/4 tsp of chili flakes
– 1/2 tsp of chili powder
– 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
– 2 cups of olive oil.
– 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
– 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
– 1 cup of all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup of chopped onions
– 3 cups of crushed tomatoes
– 1/4 cup of sliced basils
