Eggless Chocolate Cake (no eggs, milk, butter)



(4×4 inch mold)

Cake flour 130g
Sugar 70g
Cocoa powder 30g
Salt 0.5g
Water 150ml
Baking soda 2g
Vinegar 4ml

Icing sugar 50g
Cocoa powder 18g
Hot water 15ml

▼ Instructions

  1. Sift in flour and cocoa powder, then add sugar and salt.
  2. Add water, baking powder and vinegar, and mix well.
  3. After pouring into the mold, bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, then unmold after cool down.
