Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Cups Boiled Rice
1 Cup Carrots (Julliene Cut)
1 Cup Capsicum (Julliene Cut)
1 Cup Green Onion (Chopped)
3 Eggs
3 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Chicken Stock Cube
!/4 Cup Oil

Method:

In a Wok on medium heat add oil and garlic, cook it for a minute then add carrots and capsicum and saute it for a minute.

Now make a space nin the center of the wok and add eggs. Scramble them and then mix everything together.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and chicken cube and mix it well.
Now add rice and mix it all together.
Cover it and let it cook for few more minutes and its done!
