~ 2/3 cup(150 ml) milk/ plant milk
1 medium egg/ or vegan replacement
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium apple
bake 25-28 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
