vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 cup
cooking oil 1/3 (substitute butter)
milk 3/4 cup
white vinegar 1 tbsp
flour (maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
mixed nuts & raisin on top


* baking tin size 8 inch*
preheated oven at 170c & bake for 35-40 minutes.
