EASY Strawberry Muffins Recipe

These are the PERFECT strawberry muffins. This recipe is a hit every time! With strawberries in season, it’s easy to get a few bad ones that aren’t as delicious or sweet. This recipe is the best way to make use of those spares. They’re super moist fresh while being the softest muffins I ever had.

Ingredients

Dry
-1 Cup / 120G AP Flour
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
-1/2 Tsp Salt

Wet
-1 Large Egg (55G)
-1/4 Cup / 55G Melted Unsalted Butter
-1/4 Cup / 60mLs Buttermilk
-1/4 Cup / 60G Brown Sugar
-1/4 Cup / 52G Sugar

Flour Coated Strawberries
-3/4 Cup /105G Diced Strawberries
-1 Tsp AP Flour

Bake at 375F / 191C for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
