This anti-inflammatory drink is fantastic! In general I take it for 4-5 days (it quickly relieves my stomach aches but also it helps my body to fight bacteria when I am fragile in terms of my health). Fighting inflammation isn’t always easy…but simple natural recipes can help relieve symptoms. It’s a family remedy. This drink I always take during the spring. The body needs to regain its shape after the end of winter. In general we like to accompany it with Kombucha to create a balance! Be careful, if you have a fragile stomach, you should ask your doctor for advice before drinking this juice. I create different seasonal juices to fill up on vitamins and help my body get in shape.
