¼ TSPN CUMIN
1 TBSP ONION
1 TSPN GREEN CHILLI
¼ TSPN CHILLI FLAKES
½ TSPN CHAT MASALA
¼ TSPN SALT
¼ TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER
COOK FOR 30 SEC.
2 BOIL GRATED POTATOES
MIX WELL
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
BREAD SLICE
CUT IN ROUND SHAPE
POTATO MIXTURE
3 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
½ TSPN CHAT MASALA
¼ TSPN RED CHILLI POWDER
¼ TSPN SALT
½ CUP WATER (MIX GRADUALLY)
DIP THE BREAD
COAT WITH BREAD CRUMB
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
