Ingredients :
480 g cooked sardines (4 cans)
300g cherry tomatoes (1 can)
1 green chilli, washed, seeded and chopped
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 spring onion
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 handful of basil, washed and chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of mixed seeds
