  • 25g, 4 Garlic
  • 160g Fettuccine (other noodle can be used)
  • 3g (1tsp) Salt
  • 16g (2Tbsp) Cooking oil
  • 20g Unsalted butter
  • Black Pepper (turn off the heat)
  • 400ml Water
  • 150g Milk
  • 150g Heavy cream

✤ Chicken Marinade

  • 168g, 1 Chicken breast
  • 1.5g (0.5tsp) Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 10g (1Tbsp) Wheat flour
  • 8g (1Tbsp) Olive oil
  • 1g (1tsp) Crushed red pepper

✤ Toppings (optional)

  • Parsley
  • Crushed Red Pepper

✤ TIP

  • The reason for adding flour to the chicken seasoning is that it removes the smell of chicken, but when you stir-fry the chicken, the flour is also roasted, which enhances the flavor of the sauce.
